I’ve had many phone transfers! This was for a family of 4. There was a lot to do but Dimitri got it DONE! Very helpful and knowledgeable professional. Had a lot of questions, but he got them all handled and got my Account and everything I needed straightened out. Great job to this assistant manager and happy we made the switch over from T-mobile. 5/5
Was told by another, more reputable Verizon, that this particular store has been overcharging folks for new iPhones and similar upgrades. Unfortunately this is correct, they wanted me to pay $300+ out the door even though I’ve been a customer for 18 years. The other Verizon (off of Coors) I paid HALF of that to walk with a new iPhone. Clearly some predatory selling-techniques are being employed at this particular store. I would strongly suggest going to ANY OTHER Verizon for phone related upgrades.
Cisco was amazing when I went it to ask questions about our plan, he went through every finite detail of our bill. I also came back the next day and Dimitri helped me get in to new devices and gave that same level of service
I thought it was excellent care for the person who attended me, very kind and very attentive.
