I am physically disabled and was unable to walk into the store. A kind stranger went into the store and explained my situation that my phone was unable to be charged using the car charger because it was showing there was water damage. She asked the person working if she could please charge my phone on a wireless charger to help me. The representative was extremely rude and flatly refused to help.
