Jeff !! I cannot say enough good things ! He walked me through everything. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. He truly understood my situation and went out of his way to help me figure out a solution. I had originally gone to the Verizon corporate store and had the WORST experience and will never go back. Jeff helped me not only get a new phone, but surprisingly an upgraded phone! He's the best. I will no longer go anywhere else. This is my second time here and the customer service each time has been top notch.
Darian was very helpful and patient and helped and fixed several things on my phone including my mail app and how to fix my phone. If I ever need help again I would love to come back to him because he knew what he was doing. Very much recommended to everyone.
Stopped by today (5/1/2024) to get a replacement phone after damaging my own. I was assisted by a store associate, Jeff, who provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. It was refreshing knowing someone was there to help- not just sell. At other Verizon locations, I have always felt they try and pressure me into purchases I don't need/ wouldn't want. Got some help from Toby last week with purchasing a new phone. His assistance went beyond that with helping us adjust some of our plans to make sure we weren't paying extra for things we didn't need/use. He also didn't try and push sales for products we didn't need. I'll keep going here as long as they are open. Great service.
