Best Verizon Experience I’ve Ever Had: Upgrading my phone is usually a hassle, but this store made the whole experience easy. The Manager went above and beyond, found me a better deal than I expected, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure. Everyone was friendly, personable, and genuinely cared about helping instead of just making a sale. It’s rare to get customer service like this anymore. Highly recommend this Verizon store, and I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades.
