The owner of this store has been dodging me for a month now. They lost my trade and will not own up to it. I was told my bill would be $100 less a month than it is. I have emailed the owner to discuss this and he will not respond. They promise and promise and promise and they do not deliver. I will continue my plight as my bill is affected by their mistake.
We took advantage of the Verizon Christmas deal. One we got at a different verizon store and one at this store. The experience in the Lunenburg Verizon was terrible. The employees did not know how to do their jobs and had to google how to troubleshoot equipment. The things they told us turned out not to be true. Like the cost of the monthly bill. (I took down a glowing review to replace it with this, as things went down hill) This review is due to the terrible after experience we had. This place was super at first, but it all fell apart once we were into the “system” Jackson our sales guy put on a good front, I thought this was going to be different. We were just another sale!
