Ash is very good at her job. I hope she sticks around for quite awhile. Very knowledgeable and even saved us some money. She definitely needs a raise!!

Chris at the Verizon store was great! He was knowledgeable and patient. I’m thankful we have a store close by with nice people who know exactly what to do.
Verizon Charlevoix convenient and good people that try, but ultimately falls short as they are NOT Verizon, just a third party authorized retailer. After signing up entire family w old phone payoffs, new phones and watches, home internet and accessories, ultimate monthly bill did not reflect promises made or cost savings. Good for easy stuff but I’d go direct next phone upgrade cycle.
