Tiffany is excellent customer service representative for Verizon. We have seen her twice and she is is wonderful. Her communication skills are excellent as well. She is professional but easily establishes a rappor with customers. She is knowledgeable and answers questions very well. Two other customers came in and specifically asked for her. We also have been served by the other two representatives and they are very helpful as well.
