The employee I encountered was went from 0 to 100 in seconds. Be became aggressive, and went on a power trip. He caused a big unnecessary scene. I ported over from Verizon from T-Mobile today. My phone is unlocked from that carrier, my number was successfully ported over, all I was supposed to have to do was restart my phone and click add esim to be on Verizons network. Best service I have ever had at a Verizon store.
Every employee has been very friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient, and also never leaving anyone unaddressed upon entry into the store.
Went in today and Amanda pulled up my acct. It showed my bill was less but I went ahead and paid what the Verizon app claimed my bill was. The whole time she laughed and joked with me it made my day a lot better she is awsome
