I am back with Verizon. The chat option was absolutely awful. I was trying for 8 hours to do what Cameron was able to do in less than an hour. The chat team actually caused my account to go to the fraud department, due to their actions. Thank goodness Cameron could get everything done today. Thank you Cameron!!
