I worked with John and he was great. He was very helpful and made sure to cover all bases, during my switch from US cellular to Verizon. Taught me some things about my phone too! Very friendly, highly recommend going when John is on the clock! Got me a great deal and my bill is 30 dollars less than what I was paying with US Cellular!
Had a bit of a wait but that was fine as when it was my turn Stephanie/Paige was so pleasant, helpful, and gave my issue her full attention without making me feel rushed.
Ashley did a great job. Had app set up on phone and switched over to Verizon within mins.
