Anna at Verizon in Holmen was absolutely fantastic! She jumped through hoops to get my smashed phone converted to a new phone. Ahna worked with customer service and set up and made sure everything was working perfectly. Ahna was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. She even helped other customers while my phone was in process and acknowledging other customers as they entered the store. Ahna provided outstanding customer service. Thank you!
