MANY THANKS to Julie, the Verizon Manager in Tomahawk, Wisconsin!!! She was at early to work on Labor Day Sunday and helped me with my phone. I had dropped my phone in the lake stand was scared to death that I broke it forever. Julie diagnosed it and said that I can use it temporarily. She cleaned out the port where it charges and she got it to function. Last year, Julie helped us find a way for our remote lake house to get internet through Verizon Gateway light.
