Hailey was amazing! When we walked in, it was busy and Hailey was the only one there. She handled the other customers with such care. When it was our turn, Hailey was so helpful and knowledgeable. We added a line and upgraded our plan. She even found a way to help us save money! Highly recommend Hailey, she deserves a raise!!

Josh was stellar as a lone worker doing all he could to keep up. Honestly, I can't praise him enough for his multitasking and diligence to help all he could. Josh gets a 5 star rating. At least 4 customers walked out as their wait was not worth their time due to understaffing. My wait was longer than my new phone set up.
