We made an online appointment which are representative never received. That was not her fault. Completely understand. We waited three hours because she was the only one working. She said we could come back in a little bit, but we were worried about other people coming in and getting our spot so we stayed. She helped us with everything we needed to know got us our new phone and we were on our way so I basically added two worst things to do in life are to buy a new car and get a phone get some more staff to help out
It took a while to get every thing done but she was learning and i was ok with that.
It’s always a pleasure seeing Genivieve. She is always sweet and gives excellent customer service!
Genevieve was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again for your patience.
