Genivieve, took care of me, when others wanted to just brush me aside. She is the only reason I am still with Verizon. Cannot say enough about her abilities in getting to the root of the problem and taking care of it.
Genevieve was wonderful. She really helped us with getting the correct account for us.
Answered all my questions
Genivieve Thomas was so helpful and so amazing! I would recommend using that store to anybody!
