Carlos from Fairlawn store is the man!!! When I was traveling for work my old phone died and had to go to another Verizon store to buy a phone. At that time we could not get into the phone to transfer all of my information to the new phone. I took it to my home store in Fairlawn and Carlos figured it out and was able to transfer everything. His customer service was exceptional he was determined to solve issue. He understood that I am not so tech-savvy and I needed his help. To wait an hour to get seen and when it’s your turn to have the rep Andersen, service at least 2 other people in front of you because simpler service and to keep flow and when you express how that makes no sense he says you know I don’t have to sell you the phone right? Gotta be the worst service ever at a Verizon store

Anderson is professional, polite and stuck with me to fix a problem caused by Verizon corporate. Don't go to any other Verizin store. Just go to Anderson!
