To wait an hour to get seen and when it’s your turn to have the rep Andersen, service at least 2 other people in front of you because simpler service and to keep flow and when you express how that makes no sense he says you know I don’t have to sell you the phone right? Gotta be the worst service ever at a Verizon store
Carlos is the goat. He fixed my SIM card issue free of charge wonderful service 10 out of 10.
Anderson is professional, polite and stuck with me to fix a problem caused by Verizon corporate. Don't go to any other Verizin store. Just go to Anderson!
