The manager Nate there was great help. I had a general idea of the promos available and what plans I was looking into, and Nate walked us through everything patiently and gave us great deals. Walked out with new phones, new plans.
Bill was awesome to work with. He made upgrading my phone quick, easy, and stress-free. Really appreciated his professionalism and great customer service. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Rude and unprofessional!
Just tried to call to ask a quick question and was hung up on the first time without an answer and then when I called back they hung up immediately after answering “no” to my question instead of helping at all. Would have appreciated just a bit of help or even just any common courtesy. I’ve worked retail before, so I understand it’s tough, but no need to be so rude.
