John was amazing!! We walked in interested in an upgrade and he broke everything down on paper and explained it all so we knew about every last dollar we would have to pay. He helped a customer before us that appeared to be very difficult and his customer service did not waver at all. I hope he gets a raise! We will be telling our friends and family to come to this location. Thanks John!
The representative at the Riverside Plaza store (Mo) was fantastic! Great customer service, knowledgeable, and attentive. He definitely represented his company well.
