This is the worst Verizon. I will never come to this Verizon again. Today I have no connection due to a failure in Verizon’s network. I paid for this month and for this day as well. I asked if I would get a refund, as I am not being properly served. But the employee just laughed and said no. He did not apologize for the temporary inconvenience. Oh my gosh. Where do I start! This review is a combined amount of visits. Pretty much have no clues. From deceptive practices, to given bad information, to them losing information on a failed case, claim I didn’t buy one, or the screen protector. Lousy lousy lousy customer service. Make the sale and done with me. Problems to no end with the phone. Didn’t transfer data correctly. Had to replace phone. Called in multiple times and nobody knew where my phone was.
