Came in 7/29/26 to try and start a new account, very disappointed that the store smelled like Marijuana and the ‘staff’ was mostly on their own phones ignoring everyone. Youssef was very rude and not exactly helpful with my needs. Will NEVER go back.

I can't say enough good things about Tiffany. I was switching over from AT&T, and my situation turned out to be much more complicated than I expected. Caution you’re dealing with used car dealers! This store’s manager, Youseff, misled + lied to me 3X. Despite the sign, this is not an actual Verizon store. I won’t give “BeMobile” my business or money! Reconsider your choices unless you love slick used car dealers’ fake promises!
