Writing this review on behalf of my father. Morgan displayed outstanding customer service, along with being very personal and went above and beyond for my family. Morgan provided solutions and saved my family a good amount of money, not only for the phones but also for the service plan. Morgan meet me each time i had to come in with patiances and respect. He truly provides oustanding customer service which is sometimes hard to find now a days. He was very knowledgable of all products which i truly appreciate. Ty Jones

This Verizon store is the best I have been too. Morgan papa was the best representative I have ever worked with. He helped me with getting a new phone and stayed late to ensure the phone was setup and I received the right discounts and account updates. So very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone.
