My husband and I had such a wonderful experience today with Christian Rubia at Verizon in Roosevelt mall!! He was so patient, kind and persistent in helping us settle a situation that needed to be changed but was a struggle to be changed!! He was so helpful!! We left Verizon completely satisfied, with a new phone, with everything updated & transferred!! Christian is a great representative for Verizon! Thank you Christian!!
