Verizon Rt 17 Paramus NJ Changing an iPhone can be a daunting experience but Miles & Matt have made it as seamless as possible. Both men are very knowledgeable and patient with any in all of my questions. After several hours of working with Matt to do the initial set up, I returned the next day and worked with Miles to put the finalize the setup. Whatever questions and issues I posed to Miles were answered promptly and resolved in minutes. He provided excellent customer service. Thank You both for the great service.

Amazing service!
I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised.
