I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. I just got a new iPhone 17 from Verizon on Rt 17 South in Ramsey. My salesperson was Aneudy & I cannot say enough positive things about him the service. His patience & kindness was exceptional not to mention his knowledge. He explained everything thoroughly & made sure I understood before I left the store. I cannot recommend this location too strongly. Customer service is not dead!
Aneudy was super helpful, gave great deals, and was smooth to work with, even as the only person on shift. Overall easy and solid experience adding a line to my current plan + getting a new fios home internet line
Joey and the team are great! They are friendly, patient, communicative, and provide great customer service. Very positive experience.
