I have been with Verizon for 14 years. I have visited my local Verizon store many times, over the years for a new phone or accessories or plan changes. I always feel welcomed. Team members are patient, explaining everything I need to know.
Had a most pleasant experience with Conner @the Admiral Way/California Ave store. Newish phone to me that all of a sudden decided that sending iMessage replies to some of my contacts weren’t able to send. He fixed it lickity split. In and out in 5 minutes! Very polite, friendly young man. 5 for Conner!
Mark and Brandon worked hard to get us the best deal, and they were considerate and a lot of fun to work with.
Mark helped me out with activation of my two lost phones. Very quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks mark.
