This store has been reported to the Attorney General of Washington for its fraudulent business practices. It has employed multiple people who add devices to your account and then you are charged hundreds of dollars for them after being told they were "free." Verizon nor the people at this store do ANYTHING to help as you are scammed over and over again. Do not go here. They are not trust worthy. Go to another store, better yet, another cellular provider

Connor was a pro at transferring my Samsung galaxy S23 to an IPhone 17 pro max. I had spent 2 days at the Verizon home store in Tukwila Wa attempting to do the same.. The staff there lost my phone number during the process for 5 days and were still unsure how to get it back. Connor had everything established and set up within 90 minutes total. I will stay at this store for all future transactions.
I had hands down the BEST experience with the West Seattle Verizon crew, specifically with Santana and Alan! I don’t say this lightly, but they truly saved me this week.
