Friendly and extremely helpful.
Avoid this store! Horrible customer support. Just bought 2 new iPhones with accessories and screen protectors a month ago. Tried to get a cracked screen protector replaced and instead got attitude and was run out of the store. Spent $1,310 at this store in past 4 years. Never going there again!!
