I had to switch my phone and watch over from Xfinity and Brandon made it so easy. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone in the store was very polite and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door.
I visited this Verizon on June 24 2025, due to my phone being ran over and needing a replacement through insurance. When I walked in there was a couple , one elderly man , and a middle aged lady waiting for help. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in the door , it took several minutes for anyone to come check me in ; when they did they didn’t even ask what brought me in today.
