I was in your store several times this week for help with new photo. Your store is the .most welcoming. There were three associates that were helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Kudos to Nina, Boom Latta and today Joe Morris (the best). You are fortunate with such talented staff who obviously love the products and people. Keep up the good work!
Honestly not sure why they are even open I went there to fix a problem they called customer service for me put me on the phone and I guess it was the end of that persons shift because they left without a word. Went back 2 days later to get a phone set up and trade my old one in I was told on the phone they would do it when I arrived I was told we don’t do that after 5 it was 5 minutes past 5. Do not go to this location. It’s as if each time we upgrade from this location, something is always wrong. This time around, they never sent in my old phone (after trading it in) to Verizon! So where is my older phone? I’ve been charged for my new phone, despite the agreed up credits I should’ve been receiving with my trade in. A female employee watched her male coworker hand me back my ID for my pickup order then she told me it will be a minute so I said it’s okay because I had just got there. When she finally walked back out with my pickup order she asked to see my ID and stated it was because she didn’t know who looked at my ID before…lady you watched your coworker hand me back my ID.
