I went to the Verizon store at 1800 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA, 31404 today and had the pleasure meeting Arnell. I recently broke my iphone and had to get a replacement. I cannot began to tell you what a pleasure it was to have Arnell help me. He was incredibly helpful and patiently explained everything thoroughly so that an older non-tech savvy person like myself would be able to understand. Today I went into the store to see how I could lower my bill. A nice young lady, named Tyona, helped me. She found a few different things to look into and even found a promotional credit that I should ask about from a phone that was traded in. I called the 800 number that she referred me to and she was correct! I received a big credit as well as my bill being significantly reduced. I highly recommend seeing her if you need any help. I am truly grateful to her!
