I came in to drop off my phone for a trade in and Brandon helped me through it expertly! Extremely professional, patient, and knowledgable!
I went in to upgrade my phone. There were 5 reps and no customers. The one rep I was talking to left the store so another rep said he would help. All reps were talking on a huddle and just left me waiting for the phone I chose to upgrade to. After 40 minutes I ask him how much longer I had and he told me he was waiting for the phone I wanted to come up on his computer. I said you will help me move my apps switch.
