I was having difficulties with my son’s Apple Watch and went in to Verizon 3 times this past week. I was met with compassion, patience, and going above and beyond with their helpfulness each time. Ayden was extremely knowledgeable about Apple products, Dylan was persistent until it was all resolved. I felt like they truly want customer satisfaction. Thank you!!

i was forced to pay $93 to be told that they couldn't give me service on a phone that was promised service on their website. This company has like five divisions and none of them are talking to each other correctly, and the customers are suffering for it. 1 star because the manager of this location, she looked me directly in the eyes and said she couldn't help me. its not personal but she had the coldest eyes I've ever looked into
