Took the time to make an appointment at the Sunset store only to arrive and be told he was still busy and hopefully in another 15 or 20 minutes he could help us. Other workers were just sitting around no offer to have someone else help. Left and went to the new store on the Guide Meridian. Great shaded parking and we were greeted by Lucky who sat us right down and went to work getting us a replacement phone. Seriously have never had it before this pleasant. I had a great experience with Ayden who was very helpful and professional. I went in store to get a new iPhone 17 pro max and there was a hiccup (nothing to do with Ayden) but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. He offered me a promotion and explained it clearly, called customer service to resolve the mentioned hiccup, made sure everything was corrected for my upcoming phone bill, asked if I needed anything else like a screen protector I told him I had already bought one on Amazon and even then h... read more

Real peace of work I dealt with , he asked me so many questions and I answer but when he asked me for one specific thing I know he did not need immediately he was offended and very rude because things did not go his way. And because of this I am definitely leaving verizon after 10+ years. Good bye verizon…..
