My previous experience with a different Verizon store had not been good so I was skeptical to try the Shrewsbury store. When I went in to purchase a new phone, both Michael and Nadine spent a fair amount of time with me explaining the various phone options. When I wanted a phone they did not have they were kind enough to contact a store who had one and book an appointment on my behalf. I highly recommend the Shrewsbury Verizon store!
