Worst customer service experience. I was at the store today to return my trade-in devices. He did not take one out of three devices. When I tried explaining him that the third device id is already updated by Verizon call center team, he did not listen to me and just said I cannot take the device at this property and asked me to talk to customer care number. With consistency in the facilities management, the service is top rate.
Was my go to Verizon resource when it was next to Trader Joes. Always half a dozen people working, good for sales, pointers, trouble shooting. Why Verizon invested in a separate building with 2 harried staff (the guy rude & of questionable competence, the woman excellent - gave me the 15 minutes she had after appointments). In fairness, COVID. And I got what I came for, spending 1 1/2 hours trying different phones & some tablets, and impressed by all. I had the worst experience with this Verizon . From the beginning to the end. I had just purchased the new 16 Pro Max. The tall man that checks you in was extremely rude to me. I explained how the navigation wasn’t working and he told me to go to the Apple Store. Seriously? I just purchased this phone and had for a little over a week.
