Cancelled my online order, tried but failed to match the deal. I go back with a porting issue and am told all they can do is call support when it was support that sent me to them (reluctantly) Recent update: had an order shipped to the store - gave up waiting for the staff to stop chatting at a back corner table and cancelled the order. Zero customer focus and Verizon are OK with this! Go to Framingham!
I can not say enough about how incredible this store is. I had the unfortunate task to cancel my recently passed mothers account. I went in on Sunday August 24th, you could see everyone was hustling so hard and trying to greet everyone in a timely manner. Let me start off by saying I have bean in Retail for over 25 years. I am a General Sales Manager of an automotive dealership. I know what good customer service is.
