I've been a Verizon customer for almost 12 years. Throughout these years I've had my good and not so good days dealing with Verizon reps both over the phone and in-store. Today i got to talk to manager with name Neal, he was very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. We visited store around 6:45 pm, and he was very upset that we visited so late. If you get to visit this store, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else. Otherwise great store and good people. =)
