Called to check on my plan for cellphone access while traveling in Mexico as I had an add to get roaming at a reasonable cost per day only on days used. Told "NO", but I could get roaming for $20 each day - if used or not. Too expensive. Checked on My Verizon - find I already have roaming & data at no additional cost. Bad info given by the store rep.
I had an amazing experience with Adam. He truly went above and beyond to help me find the best prices and plans for my needs. His patience, clear explanations, and genuine effort made the whole process so easy. I also want to recognize his manager, Naill, for stepping in with support and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their teamwork and customer service were outstanding. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
