I had an amazing experience with Adam. He truly went above and beyond to help me find the best prices and plans for my needs. His patience, clear explanations, and genuine effort made the whole process so easy. I also want to recognize his manager, Naill, for stepping in with support and ensuring everything went smoothly. After getting no where over the phone and driving all over the county to try and get help with my daughters gizmo, we finally found someone who helped us completely! The store manager at this location sat with us and made sure our charger worked and the gizmo was working before he let us go. Nailik. I believe i spelled it right. Evelyn was very helpful - allow many questions and came up with best solution. She is the 5 star rating. As a reminder at any Verizon store and maybe they should post it - if you are a walk-in expect to be bumped in que when other people show up for their appointment. This is a service business - not a drive through - please be patient.

I left a battery pack there. They didn’t reach out or give it back. Also they offer a service and couldn’t fulfill the promise probably the worst store I’ve been to.
