I was 15 minutes early to my appointment... greated and seated. Waited... my wife told someone at 5 minutes past the appointment and 3 other people walked in and were served. for mark to tell me That is only 6 minutes past and these people still needed him... they were walking i. After us with no appointment. Needless to say my 5 lines and 3 tablets and Hotspot will never be back to this store. Probably going to t mobile Been a loyal customer for 10 plus years and never missed a payment
I’m not the one to write bad reviews but this whole situation was just so annoying and I saw someone else had a similar experience. I went in with an appointment and I even checked in early. The rep asked if it was okay if a couple went before me since they had been waiting for 20 minutes and I said yeah that was fine, I was a bit early and they had been waiting so why not.
