Horrible service.
My cell provider
The first store I visited said that I couldn't cancel my home internet service, so they recommended this place. As soon as I entered, an employee responded. I told them that I came here to cancel my home internet service. However, the answer I got was, "How many years have you used it?" I told them that I had used it for 2-3 years. So, the employee said that I could do it at UPS. So I asked again, "Can't you cancel it here?" The employee said that I had to return the UPS. It was a really frustrating day. Neil was a tremendous help! He went above & beyond to help & was very patient and knowledgeable. The way he handled the situation with Verizon customer service was extremely professional & efficient! He is a great manager. He multitasked on helping me and also other customers. I appreciate his willingness and honesty to help everyone.
