So glad I found this Verizon store! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and felt welcomed by everyone there. (A totally different vibe here than at the Conroe store which I wouldn't recommend). I worked with Aaron and he was AWESOME! I am cell phone challenged and had been dreading getting a new phone but Aaron was so kind and helpful with the set up. He also spent a lot of time with me explaining how to use the phone. All the staff here is lovely, Josseline and Catherine went above and beyond to help me out with my issues. I came in for a watch and left with a new phone for free and my watch for free. I was in and out quickly and got all my issues resolved! Thank you!
