This store is our new go-to to get things done! Needed to add a business line and purchase another phone. Was welcomed into this new store and greeted by very fiendly sales representative, Jacob Bergeron. This new location is amazing. The staff were all friendly, helpful and fast. Jacob had a can-do spirit and was very helpful! Excellent service Jacob!
Went in to update phone and plan. The lady helping me just wanted to sell me a more expensive phone while giving me no info about the changes in the new plan. Then disappeared to the back room to go “verify” they had the phone. Her and her manager, that followed her in the back room, finally came out after I walked out of the store. As I was driving off, I get a call asking if there was an issue. Ppl are just tying to buy a cellphone…not a car. Seems as though Verizon is where ex car salesmen go.
