I came here after a terrible experience at the Rim location. This location was a complete 180. Immediately greeted when I walked in, no need to be directed by other customers. The gentleman directing customers with the iPad saw I was just turning in a device and said I didn’t need to wait for my appointment. He took my device, did a quick once over, and went and got me a confirmation I had turned it in. All in less time than it took to even be greeted at the location at the Rim. From the moment i walked in, the service was great. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the manager Yessica.
