I have been a customer for over 20 years. The website said I was eligible for a free upgrade. Excited i went in to get one. The sales associate said they no longer do free upgrades unless you change your plan. When i told him about the website he said "you have to read the fine print". Might be time to take my family's $500 monthly spending to a company that wants my business.
i went to unlock the phone and if they give me good service i could switch with family 4 line but all i found unprofessional cold and so rude special the manger there not suppose to have this position just keep lie to me and telling i should go repair shop to fix my problem it really shame on version to have a guy and serves like this and losing business i could sign up for family plan and I'm sure if they stay like this will lose a lot of business or go out of serves i advice every one to stay faraway from this store just w... read more
