Not enough customer service, couldn't help with wifi service
Lady at the front was a real jerk. If you need to check people in let everyone know who walks in. Saw her be a real rude person to several people. Older lady with grey hair.
Was with verizon 18 years and got tired of always being treated poorly. I left and returned all the equipment and they charged me two months later. Gave them proof it was returned and I want my money back… they told me I had to wait a billing cycle for my money back…….. I waited now it’s been 2 more months the have my money. I’m on a call now so far 1 hour and 13 minutes and they are now arguing they don’t need to give it back.
