Lou and Alex were amazing. They took care of our every need highly recommend the store. more importantly, they stayed late to help us after the store closed. Very nice people.

Verizon is the worst cell service provider I've ever used. My phone loses signal daily unless I'm connected to WiFi. I've been unreachable during family emergencies and unable to contact my son's doctor during a medical event. I've been to Verizon multiple times for a solution. I'm stuck in a contract with a useless phone until it's paid off.
