Bought $1800 worth of stuff and it didn’t come with the charger cable after being in there 5 hours and having to go through customer service multiple times for a mistake on their end. The phone rep notated in my account that I should receive a charger and a case for inconvenience and the rep refused to give me either. It's disappointing to have a large customer service center in Chandler but whenever I call I can't reach anyone and I'm forced to go into the store. I arrived to return an Internet modem but needed a driver license to do so. Not a happy customer
Do not go here, if you are looking for a solution. Call customer service instead. The “salesperson” tried to sell us additional lines, instead of simply solving our problem. A call to customer service solved our issue in a fraction of a time that we spent in the store. The staff is here to SELL you, not help.
