Went here to get a business phone upgraded, company already sent me a new phone. The guy with glasses and piercings who assisted me could not resolve my Issue. He wanted all this access to the business account and said it was for "security". I left and went to another location and within 5mins they were able to resolve my issue without contacting the POC on the account. Don't go here if you need issues resolved with an existing number!
i got my phone stolen last night and came in to get a new one, i was so stressed and had the worst morning and took it out on the worker who helped me and even though i was difficult he assisted me with kindness and i left with everything i needed
Paul was absolutely amazing! We were dealing with an issue in a couple of the smaller stores in Northern Az and with Verizon customer service on the phone. They made it seem like it was an impossible fix. Then we came here. (A 3 hour drive) Paul greeted us right away with amazing customer service, he spoke to us like human beings and reassured us every step of the way. He had our issue fixed within 30 minutes!
