I’ll start by saying I was about ready to leave Verizon after being with them for 25 years or so. Then my husband received a call from a very nice young woman named Mia asking if we had gotten everything figured out with opening our new business account. She told him to come in and she would get it all straightened out. I had issues with activating four new lines. After hours of frustration across multiple stores and phone calls—no one could resolve it—until I met Natalia at the Tampa Verizon store. She spent 90 minutes with me, never giving up. She greeted me with a smile, showed incredible patience, and made me feel confident she wouldn’t stop until it was solved—and she did! Her positive attitude and determination made all the difference. Natalia deserves huge praise!
I cannot say enough good things about Jeff. I brought in my snowbird parents who are in there late 70s. Their Ohio Verizon authorized dealer store had convinced them over the last several years to add products to point now where they had seven phone lines going for two people (for various Wi-Fi products). Jeff was extremely patient and helped us sort it all out to where they each have one phone line plus one Wi-Fi product. Thank you Jeff!

I want to specifically highlight the team member at this store named chanel, after dealing with a really simple but frustrating problem for over a day, this woman went above and beyond to assist me with the issue and resolved it very quickly and with a great attitude, the best part of my entire dealings with verizon have been my interaction today with chanel.She's a legend
