I don’t even know where to begin. I placed an order for a new iPhone payed for it online after it showed phones available at this location. After receiving confirmation of my order I waited for over 4hrs and never was notified that my order was cancelled by the store. Bad costumer service and THEY DONT HAVE A BATHROOM for their custumers!?!?!?!?!?!?! I had 2 small kids and they told me to go ask in the business next door for their bathroom!!!!! 👎👎👎👎
If I could give zero stars, I would. We went into this Verizon store to switch over from another provider and trade in our devices. Everything seemed fine at first they made us a deal, gave us what sounded like a solid monthly quote, and we signed up. But as soon as we got our first bill, the problems began.
