I had the pleasure having Natalia assist me with getting a new phone. She’s very knowledgeable, has a lot of patience, especially with a seasoned citizen and is willing to assist even after you visit her at the store. She gives excellent customer service.

I went to Verizon today just to return my old phone, and the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The employee helping me told me I couldn’t turn in my old phone until everything on it was deleted. I trusted him to handle that, but because he was distracted, in a rush, and not paying attention, he deleted everything on my new phone instead. I don’t even know where to begin. I placed an order for a new iPhone payed for it online after it showed phones available at this location. After receiving confirmation of my order I waited for over 4hrs and never was notified that my order was cancelled by the store. I called Verizon and they called the store and verified my phone was sold to someone else. The Verizon rep explained to me and told me they had only one phone left that they would hold for me.
