The employee Steph is rude and lazy. Gave me attitude because I asked for help activating my phone. I was still having issues with my phone after leaving the store but he made me feel so uncomfortable and awkward that I did not go back there to resolve my issue. The other employees are great but after that experience I will not be back. I went to the location in Boynton Beach and I highly recommend that store over this one
Just returned from Verizon for a problem with a phone number that had been blocked for months. After going to Verizon numerous times to fix the problem, associate Steph was able to trouble shoot and correct the problem. Steph was a real gentleman, patient and obviously very knowledgeable ! Thank you Steph, Verizon is very lucky to have you !
