Janelle, Mica and Heidie are all top tier people. Mica was there when i had to set up my new line and he was quick and efficient. There was a problem with verizon not transferring a different line correctly from t mobile to my account by putting a space in front of the transfer pin which messed everything up 😒.I sat in the store on the phone with Verizon costumer service FOR 6 HOURS. Staff showed no interest in listening to a description of my issue, let alone helping. Initial response is "use the app" -- begs the question, if I can do everything I need in the app, why does your job exist?
