Thank you, Irvin! I was not able to get connected to my hotspot consistently, for at least a month and my files were hung up, as well! Irvin was absolutely great! I had almost zero wait time and he helped me with both issues in less than 10 minutes! I came in on my lunch hour and was able to leave in such a short time that I still had time to have my lunch! Open at 9am is clearly a suggestion to them.... But above a 1 star because midday yesterday and sales associate was amazing...
F. Waiting over 20 minutes to return an item for internet service, that they cancelled in my area. This is miserable customer service. Just take your item back and let me leave what the heck.
