They scammed my parents into a 60 day free trial of their internet for two households. They returned the boxes within 30 days, and they were still charged $150. They were told it would come off their next bill, but it didn't. When I've tried calling the store and the 800 number, I can't get past a really frustrating robot. Next step will be BBB and AG complaints. I talked to the girl on the phone too. She definitely told me 60 day free trial as well.
I had a horrendous experience in this store today. I upgraded to a new phone in store a week ago and it had to be shipped to me. I went back in today for a device setup/transfer appointment. When I made the purchase a week ago the salesperson told me my plan would go up $6 a month with the new phone. When I was in today I was given paperwork that showed it would go up by around $40 per month. Kelsey and her manager go over and above to help customers. They did everything they could to help my senior citizen husband from Florida whose Verizon number was hacked. They even worked late. I wish I could bring them to our Verizon store in Florida so we could visit with them whenever we had a Verizon issue in the future or needed a new phones. Update: Left Verizon, back with TMobile.....The difference is night and day Update: Still stuck in the contract. Tired to visit the store today. 1 1/2 hour wait times. Ridiculous Biggest mistake I ever made was moving away from Tmobile. Verizon absolutely sucks. Dead spots, slower data and my monthly bill has never been correct. This particular store applied all my promotions incorrectly and I've spent months trying to correct it...
