I had damaged my phone on vacation and came into this store to get an upgrade and replacement. Johnathon made sure my experience in the store was outstanding. We had some issues with their system, then had issues with my broken phone and trying to get data transferred, started, stopped, restarted. I wound up spending 3 hrs at the store. I made my appointment online and was in and out I was very amazed. The guy that help us was very fast and efficient.
I will start off by saying I have had quite a few hiccups with Verizon corporate. I am a previous customer and decided to return based off of my prior experience with great corporate customer service, which practically no longer exists. I hope corporate realizes this and makes corrections. The cell service is no longer the best in this area either.
