Nick has great customer service, he’s calm and very informative when it comes to knowledge about Verizon and phones. I usually dread coming to phone stores bc of how long things take without knowing what is really going on. I’m happy that I lined up with him when being helped bc he makes the process of getting a new phone and trading in the old one alot easier. Will definitely look for him next time I need to go to my local Verizon store.
Jessi was outstanding from start to finish. The beginning of the process was stressful due to issues that arose (none of which were his fault), but he handled everything with professionalism and quickly found a solution to ensure I received my phone the same day. He was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than trying to upsell. In fact, he went out of his way to save me money on both the phone and accessories. I will continue to recommend him to others—he truly deserves to be a manager.
Its so sad, get to a store, and everyone looks unhappy, uncomfortable, I went with my dad the other day, we were looking for Aliyah the young lady, that always greets us with a big smile and so happy to help us but she was off , we wanted to upgrade our phones and this young guy greeted us but his face was sad, like he didn’t sleep the whole night, you could see everyone around like they were unhappy, where is the empathy, companies should keep in mind that employees are not robots.
