I probably just had one of the worst experiences here. Waited for 40 ish min with no one willing to even chat with me other than “checking me in”. There were 7 or 8 people working but from what they said before I decided to walk out only 2 “agents” working today. Whoever manages this place really needs help understanding customer service. I don't recommend getting Verizon. Calls are always dropping. Internet is not any better. TMobile is actually better. And Verizon keeps telling me for better service to upgrade to a higher tier. That doesn't make any sense.
