The Verizon store 691 S Main St Ste 80, Orange, CA 92868, refused to close our account. They said that there's an "outstanding order," which is not true since we submitted all equipment and ported all of our numbers successfully to AT&T. Even doing a quick search on Verizon's website verified that the number in question was fully ported with no outstanding issues. Same poor experience as many other others. Clearly, the people at this location don't want to do their job or even offer the bare minimum. Ended up having to go to another Verizon location where my issues were promptly solved.
