I recently visited the Waxahachie Verizon store twice; & got INCREDIBLE service both times. Jose & Sone were both incredibly knowledgeable & helpful at helping me trade up my iPhone & set up my iPad. One of them actually suggested that I “shop around” for the iPad because he was sure I could find a better price. BINGO! I saved about $200 going elsewhere! The workers was helpful and informative the one thing I didn't like is they are starting to charge for a service they usto do when you buy a new phone, every other business is doing the same.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the rep just wouldn’t stop pushing. First, he insisted I switch to a business line just to keep my number — something I never asked for. Then he started asking who I use for internet and tried to sell me a tablet… then a watch. My phone screen was broken, and when I asked if he knew a place that could fix it, he told me it would cost $300 — but I later found out it was actually $175.
