We entered the store and employee took the name and said a few minutes. We sat on the bench at the back of the store, gradually noting that people coming in after us were being called and seen and we were still waiting a half hour later. Finally I checked with the woman who checked us in and she said she did not check us in and had been on dinner break. We both had seen her at another table waiting on people the whole time.
