I have been a Verizon customer for a few years now. And I have been pleased with their service & customer service. But the last two times I visited the Verizon on N Carrolton Ave I have been rudely treated & greeted by Kay on N Carrolton Ave. I would never give her my business.
Ridiculous phone customer support. 5 transfers and no resolutions. I was trying to port my number over, six hours later and most of the day on the phone as well as over an hour in the store, and no joy.
Great experience - Nick’s running a solid store here and really knows his stuff
Great at starting your service, not so great at maintaining it. Can't even login to my account to pay my bill and have had no luck getting through to support. My bill price also doesn't accurately reflect what I signed up for. Disappointing.
