Slow service, the lady misunderstood what I said then proceeded to act like I had misspoken when really she was just slow, rude and unhelpful. Said I had to wait 10 min for the safe to unlock to get my new phone and then sat in the back for 30 minutes while customers piled up. Finally one of the men asked what was going on and had to retrieve it for me.
Waist of time Wasist of money, went in to get phone fixed said it's fixed still no service call to get it fixed can you guess still no service. $100's dollar wasted with verizon never taking my business back here again.
JJ & Josh did an extraordinary job fixing my 2-day ongoing issue with one of my phone numbers. They were very patient and were very helpful & informative. Great team!
I came in with questions about tying an iPhone and an Apple Watch together and discovered that we were paying more for our lines than we were supposed to. Hunter took the time to walk us through all of our questions about how messaging works on iPhones and Apple watches, as well as getting us a reduced rate on a discovery for a mistake as we were being overcharged because of another retailer's mistakes. Do NOT go to this store. We have been here three times and every single time we have been charged double if not more for our next bill. It seems like the salesman lied to you about the deals. They have going on Jack up the rates and then never have to deal with it because you call Verizon. We just went to buy a new phone a few months ago and the salesman convinced us to add line because we get a cheaper rate. Our rent bill went from $280 a month to now over $700.
