Tried returning a router and was met by a rude dismissive employee. He basically rolled his eyes at me and said we don’t do that here. He said I’d need to go to a corporate store or ups, and just waved his hand and said there’s an ups store somewhere near by. All that is fine, even though the chat support said to return to a retail store.
