Joey was great to work with! Quick, efficient and exactly what I needed.
He is the best representative I ever met and I'm 60 years old. He is so multi task, not only was he carefully handling my business by there was a new employee working right next to him, he over heard their conversation and he corrected him and make the customer feel comfortable. This guy needs to be a store Mgr. If everyone would welcome 🤗 like this guy, Metro P.C and T- Mobile out of business. That's what I call customer service, a kind, patient gentleman.
We had a great experience working with Anthony at Verizon in mesa AZ. We came in to pick up a phone and ended up upgrading another phone on our account. He was knowledgeable about the differences between the old and new models. He didn't try to upsell us, he actually listened to how I use my phone and helped me pick the perfect device for my needs.
