Just had an extremely pleasant experience (of what I would normally consider a very stressful situation - upgrading a phone and changing plans) with a very knowledgeable and transparent salesperson named Jerroy. I am Never Comfortable around sales people. Even just walking into a store like this gives me extremely high anxiety. Absolute worst customer service ever! Once you pass purchasing the phone from them, you are on your own! Had an issue with a phone that I had bought just 3 weeks ago from them, and I have full warranty, I was told that I have to go to a phone repair shop to have it cleaned. The only thing I was doing there was interrupting all five representatives from playing with their phones. I was the only customer there at the time. I left yelling I would never come back here again. Steer clear of this store!
Poor customer service. Went in because I was having trouble with my phone. Zero suggestions on how to fix it. Immediately said I should buy a new phone. Left and had it fixed with Verizon customer service over the phone. Hoped for a little more help at the store but I get it.
Went in on my lunch break, there was 6 reps, yes they were busy, all reps were with a customer and 2 people at the door before me. (I fully feel for that!) But, I simply came in for a pickup order that I placed online. (Waited 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, and had to leave) It would be nice to have a counter or such thing where a representative can check you in to line, make you feel welcomed, possibly do pick up orders, etc. could possibly make things smoother. Just a suggestion to Verizon.
