Just call me while I’m moving America driving a semi truck and offered me more services for more money and when I tried to talk to them, they slammed the phone and hung up on my face. That’s why I get treated for feeding you guys delivering 44,000 pounds of food five times a weekpretty ratchet.

Reading these comments are concerning to a potential customer. What’s even worse is the Owners generic response. It’s seems like no action has been taken at this location. Guess if we decide to switch from AT&T we won’t be coming to this location or other run by this management team.

The staff in this store was very inappropriate with loud personal conversations. I was uncomfortable and they were not helpful or respectful to me or the clientele in the store. I felt like I just walked into a high school locker room or lunch room. Don’t go here for anything. Avoid this store. It’s worth driving to the New Baltimore store on 23 mile. You will receive professional service at the New Baltimore store for sure!!!

I have been in this store 3 times the last couple weeks and every employess has been amazing. They helped me a couple times with an issue and very friendly. Also very knowledgeable. Managers Tom and Paul are great!!!
