The staff in this store was very inappropriate with loud personal conversations. I was uncomfortable and they were not helpful or respectful to me or the clientele in the store. I felt like I just walked into a high school locker room or lunch room. Don’t go here for anything. Avoid this store. It’s worth driving to the New Baltimore store on 23 mile. You will receive professional service at the New Baltimore store for sure!!!

I have been in this store 3 times the last couple weeks and every employess has been amazing. They helped me a couple times with an issue and very friendly. Also very knowledgeable. Managers Tom and Paul are great!!!

Called Corporate about an issue I had with an indirect store that wouldn't take my old phone on trade in. They told me to visit a corporate store to resolve my issue with turning in my phone and have the store reference the note on my account. The guy at the store didn't seem to care about the note on the account and told me to take up my issues with the store I bought it from. When my family and I switched over to Verizon at the beginning of FEB.. I asked multiple times how much our bill would be per month the lady who helped us told me around $370 after all discounts.. We get a bill for April and it’s $608.. the Verizon rep over the phone told me it’s because one of the phones we traded in did not meet expectations.. which is really annoying because I asked the lady in the Verizon store was the promotion good for all iPhones, in any condition and she told me yes.. one of the cameras were busted..... read more
