BEWARE! The manager and the Salesforce at this location learns and practices UNETHICAL sales practiced. When asked to give us what we currently had at Verizon, we were told everything we had was in the new contract only to learn from the. Verizon help desk that they actually removed one feature, told us we had everything we had previously and were saving $50 a month. Bernard got me sorted out in 10 minutes in person after I spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer support going no where. I definitely recommend going in person rather than trying to upgrade through an app or over the phone. Great, friendly service. He fixed mistakes made by someone else and got my bill lower!
Super amazing young man with dark curly hair was able to help me unlock my SIM to transfer service. I was SO grateful for his help - he was able to get official tech support on his own phone for me and they unlocked my phone immediately. I was so thankful I hugged him to death and ran out of the store before getting his name. This is the kind of service to expect at a cell phone store.
