I came to pick up my phone but was called a liar by an employee specifically, the one with dreads and felt forced to share personal details, including my recovery from addiction and recent release from jail I lost my wallet but had clear pictures of my passport and ID. Wow 🤩 Jacob was so helpful. Not only was he helpful, he was knowledgeable annd Fast about all the products and services. He helped me SAVE on bill. I added a new line for myself and Mom! Actually, the entire store was a pleasant environment. I drive past the Denton location to come here
If I could give this door zero stars, I absolutely would.
These people are jerks and they treat you like you've done something wrong. They kept my cord I mistakenly laid up on the counter knowing full well it wasn't theirs because it was a 6 to 10 ft. At the time I was distracted and upset because I was returning the phone that they misled me on. Verizon after 13 years is becoming too much of a pain and too much crappy service
Regular staff is not very helpful. Managers' service was excellent.
