My husband and I stopped into the store today just to check prices on a new plan & had a great experience. Jacob helped me out and was super friendly, transparent, and zero pressure, which was a nice change of pace. He gave me a clear printout of all the pricing options and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. BEWARE! The manager and the Salesforce at this location learns and practices UNETHICAL sales practiced. When asked to give us what we currently had at Verizon, we were told everything we had was in the new contract only to learn from the. Verizon help desk that they actually removed one feature, told us we had everything we had previously and were saving $50 a month.
