I had such a frustrating experience trying to return a hotspot I originally purchased from a third-party Verizon retailer (539 Granite St) — not realizing at the time it wasn’t a corporate Verizon store. I went to VZ wireless to get a new phone. My cell phone was damaged and I could not unlock it. I sat down with Steve Ditunno and had a great conversation. As we were talking he would ask what I liked and disliked with my cell phone. At the end of the conversation I had a new phone that did exactly what I wanted. I really needed to keep my number and he made it happen . Steve is a great salesman and good guy.
Would love to give a massive thumbs-up to the sales rep who convinced me *not* to get the Verizon Welcome plan because according to them, it sucks(!!) so bad that people either drop Verizon or upgrade to the Plus plan instead. It's amazing how much they look out for potential customers! Thanks!!
10/10 experience here with Steve! He assisted me in filing a claim for a lost phone thru our insurance and was so helpful. He explained every step and did everything he could to help me get a replacement as soon as possible. He was super friendly and eager to help with my situation. I will be returning to this location just because of the experience we had with Steve
