Not sure how this store is even in business. I went in to trade in my phone and outright buy a new one. I was told that the only way to get a trade-in credit was to finance the phone... After I told the sales rep that I could buy the same phone from Google outright with a better trade-in value, he told me to just go do that and abruptly walked away. If I could give this horrible place negative stars, I would. I went to trade my phone in last year because it had a crack and I got the iPhone 14 in place of that phone. I was told I’d get a new number which I agreed to and chose and still have that number currently. However my phone bill used to be $75 per month. It really brings me sadness writing this review as a 21 year verizon customer. I went to the store in the mall to make a simple quick upgrade for 2 lines on my account. Some how I left the store 2 hours later with no phone. So I went into the store asked for help upgrading two lines on my account to the newest samsung phone. I was told order it online for a discount select in store pickup and it should be ready in 10 minutess. I gave the rap my phone to assist me. I've been a customer of Verizon since they were AirTouch (back in the 90s). I've only ever had two issues with the company, and the second was at this location (just last week). I upgraded one phone and ported two business lines over from another cell phone company. The Verizon website and app both said I could take my trade-ins to the Verizon Wireless store in the Braintree Mall, but when I got there they refused to take them. They said they could only take the phones if I traded them in with new phones from that location. ... read more
