They lie about coverage! Phone shows 4 bars of 4g but cant do anything! Sometimes even 5g with bars wont go on the internet! I will be changing companies as soon as I can. Verizon has gone down the toilet, avoid Verizon at all costs.
Obviously this review is ONLY for CHRIS IN BRAINTREE! Long story short he is the only reason I'm still a Verizon customer after today. We had a death in the family and were having trouble dealing with customer service and also needed to upgrade a smashed phone, so we went into the store for help. We still had to call in, but the ONLY reason I was able to navigate the process was Chris's help.
