I have been trying to process an upgrade for quite some time now. Verizon customer service has been great over the phone, but I need to get to a sales associate in person. Steve —a supposed ‘higher-up’ at this store who surely dresses the part— has now turned me away for THE THIRD TIME with regard to THREE SEPARATE ISSUES!! I had an excellent experience thanks to Ryan at the Braintree Mall Verizon store. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the best options for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare these days but Ryan truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him!

Steve went above and beyond to resolve a complicated fraud issue and restore access to my friend's phone at 8:59pm, an hour after his shift clock out. The store manager and gentleman with long braids were also helpful and courteous. Please ask for Steve if you're purchasing a phone. He deserves every penny of his commissions!
