Stopped by 2 days ago to drop off a trade-in device and met the most pleasant Verizon associate imaginable. Artemis was informative, kind, pleasant and QUICK. 5 stars for Art and 5 stars for Verizon's offer to upgrade to a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL (Google > Apple) for free w/ a qualifying trade-in!
Salespeople are trained to be hyper aggressive! Kind of felt like a time share pitch. Told them what I wanted, and instead was presented a confusing offer…”we just need your signature here”…at twice what I was paying. Avoid the Verizon corporate stores. Find a franchise store instead.
Verizon sucks they will make unnecessary charges to your account and scam you. You will be told you aren’t being charged whole time you are and when you complain they act like they’ve credited you which never shows on the bill
