I’ve been to this store a few times and I have to say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to customer service. Necesito comentar la experiencia con esta tienda, mi hija contrató sus servicios por un año para la Internet hasta que nos mudamos a una nueva propiedad , donde ellos no prestan servicio. Al cerrar el contrato fue devuelto al UPS el equipo que había costado $400.00 siguiendo sus indicaciones para recibir a cambio ese dinero según lo establecido en la venta inicial cuando estaban interesados por supuesto. These guys are all amazing and helpful
Never stepped foot inside this store. However on 6/24 at 7:35 PM our debit card was charged $300, then $200. Turns out some rep at this store, charged our account for someone else's purchases. We had to escalate to Verizon, file a fraud dispute, close down our debit cards, and everything. I guess 20 minutes before closing, someone decided they didn't want to do their job properly.
