These guys are all amazing and helpful
Never stepped foot inside this store. However on 6/24 at 7:35 PM our debit card was charged $300, then $200. Turns out some rep at this store, charged our account for someone else's purchases. We had to escalate to Verizon, file a fraud dispute, close down our debit cards, and everything. I guess 20 minutes before closing, someone decided they didn't want to do their job properly. Wish I would have gone directly thru Apple for ordering. They cancelled my original order after only a day and a half of not picking up. Never stated anywhere I only had a day and half to pick it up. When I went in to pick up and place the order that same afternoon it had been cancelled it was magically out of stock. Felt like they gave it away to someone else. Store associate did what he could but tech support is no longer available in any store(not just this one) and the customer service line is both redundant and useless. This isn't a review targeting this specific store, but the sorry state this "service provider" finds itself in is atrocious. The fact I can't even reach a representative to cancel my plan is appalling. Shut it down, Verizon. A waste of anybody's time.
Completely lied to us. Went to them from T-Mobile hoping to lower our bill a little. They told us if we traded in our (paid off iphones) we would receive new iPhones completely free minus the taxes. We decided to give them a try. Now our first bill rolls around and it is not what we were quoted. Looked into it and we are paying $20 a month for these new cell phones and $68 in insurance we didn’t agree to… The bill is $70 more than we agreed to and on top of that the signal is no where as good as T-Mobile was.
