Was told by the manager after paying over 2,300 to pay off phones that was able to speak with billing and set up a payment plan for the reminder balance. Went to store to call billing while there and was told I was not eligible for payment plan even though I have MULTIPLE phone calls and in person conversations. So DO NOT TAKE THER WORD, get everything in writing!!!!!! Will never have this carrier ever! Horrible customer service!!!!!
