After having a bad experience at another store, this store made up for it in spades! Thank you Dexter (my person) for your knowledge, your patience and your help. Thank you to the manager (I forget your name) who was amazing and went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the way this store turned things around.

Absolute WORST company! No one ever knows anything including the "supervisors" They caused multiple issues on my account because they didn't know how to do an exchange, double charged me for everything, it took almost 6 months to "fix" which I'm STILL waiting for a refund where they double charged me for the "exchange" the z fold that was the issue has a defective inside screen (I also pay extra for the protection) and I've been repeatedly trying to get the phone fixed/replaced and NO ONE CAN DO IT! I’ve never in my life have had to deal with such unprofessionalism or such horrible customer service. A year of trying to resolve a simple issue(I went in 6+ times) The manager(Rae) finally said she revolved the issue the last time I went in but when I brought to her attention that she didn’t, she didn’t bother responding to my text. This store has the worst customer service for business lines, a sales representative named Dexter has had a bad attitude since we set foot in the store, disrespectful in the way he spoke, he practically shut us up and did not let us explain the problem we had with the phone since there was a previous history in the system when we call customer service.
