The lady doing the check-in was so welcoming & pleasant BUT that is where it stopped. The employee, Dexter, should not be working in a customer service field because he was dismissive, rude, nonchalant and didn't know one thing about the phones. Told me that he doesn't have to know about the phones..really??Literally had an attitude the entire time. I tried to go back to Verizon. I love their coverage. However, I had no data on my phone when I switched to them. I spent 2-3 months paying for data that I couldnt use. I spent hours and hours on the phone with different people. I was told multiple times after failures over the phone to visit a store, so I came to this one.
