My experience at this location was Heaven sent beyond my expectations. The sales rep Dammie, and the Business Account Manager Carlo, made sure I walked out with all smiles. They went over and beyond to assure I got my money’s worth and the best deal that was available to market. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely patient. I could go on and on. Bottom line this is the location to come to and the phone company to be with.
By far the WORST Verizon store I have been to. I came to get a new sim (my phone was stolen) , there was more than 5 Verizon personnel and they not helping. I mean they would leave me by myself to go talk to stand around and I was the only customer for more than 30min. At one point they all left the store with me and another customer alone and went go to the back of the store ALL OF THEM.
