Horrible had me there for over an hour waiting for my order telling me my order is not ready. It’s not ready when the manager came out. Got my information went to the back then came out with my order. It’s just unprofessional and ghetto.
Horrible experience to say the least. We had a phone break, transferred it to an old one to get by. Verified it would not affect upgrades with sales rep and manager. Came back two days later and they couldn’t upgrade. They also came with two separate offers they had to take back. Management is untrained and unaware of promos.
