Creo que lo único que sirve es la atención al cliente. Si por mi fuese, no le diera ni media estrella, porque el servicio tanto del hogar como el del mobil, es totalmente Maaaalo, Malo malo, malo con M de Malisimo, a cada rato pierden señal los equipos y el WiFi de casa, me an echo perder bastante dinero ya que trabajo con el teléfono y el WiFi y no recompensan su pésimo servicio, No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

I came in to ask for help with billing because i called verizon several times and have been ignored. Came in to the store - guess what representative did? Requested a call to my phone number and left me in a queue same way I do at home! Amazed by the service
