Kerrick Greeno a business rep there does not return phone calls or keep hos scheduled meeting. Have used his calender to schedule 2 meetings. No show no call for both Set up my account billing is off not given what was promised unable to reach him for support

I visited today while dealing with a very stressful situation and initially felt quite frustrated with my experience since switching to Verizon. However, the service I received at this store completely changed my perspective. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I worked directly with Elvis for a couple of hours, and he was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. Arturo and Jeff helped me out with my new home internet. They were awesome and the prices were super reasonable. Arturo also took it a step further and helped me out with an issue I had with my billing. Super happy with my visit.

The “manager” there is useless. She was no help. She immediately told me to call customer service, she didn’t even attempt to help me return my old device. She lied and said I had to go home and take if off WiFi which I found out was NOT true. They need new workers at this location! Quickly!
