So... I purchased my service from someone in the Waco store. I came to this store to pick up my phones, watch and internet. I was greeted promptly. Elvis was my rep and he was so polite and helpful. He treated me with the same care as if I purchased my service from him. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this store and Elvis! Make sure you ask for him! You won't be sorry! Fui a esta tienda a recoger un teléfono que había ordenado, ya que el mío se había dañado. Mientras una trabajadora me estaba ayudando amablemente con la configuración, la manager la llamó aparte sin darme ninguna explicación, y la puso a hacer otra tarea. Me dejaron parada sin que nadie me dijera nada, como si no existiera. As soon as we walked in the “manager” as she called herself didn’t even greet us She walked out from the back room with a big “bothered face” to see another customer walking in, when there was one person waiting and she said it was a hour wait and it was 7 when we walked in She’s actually the asst manager datrum not the manager but she Has horrible customer service Verizon do better! This is the second store I go to today and we get treated poorly It’s ridiculous

This review concerns one of your colleagues that works at your Fry road location, and his name is Mr. "Gagdiel Espinoza". This gentleman is a real asset to your organization, he is very courteous, caring and practically goes beyond his line of duty in order to perform a great customer service.
