Unreal. Agreed to close account for a certain price and they took an extra $400 out of the account and after multiple visits and couple of "corporate call",,,,, no one can seem to help. How convenient. HORRIBLE. NONSENSE.

The company cost me over $1300.00 because of an employees mistake. Instead of addressing it, they passed it off as one of their affiliate’s concerns. Ultimately, they stated they didn’t know how to correct their mistake, nor were they willing to make me financially whole. Aside from the glaring technical mistakes made here, the manager and staff appeared to be more concerned about saving their tail than doing the right thing. Have had issues changing my phone number for weeks and customer service was unable to help me, but told me to go into a store and they could waive the $15 change fee. I went into this store and they said they couldn’t waive the fee, despite me having been into a Verizon store the week before and I saw the screen on the tablet that allows them to waive the fee (the number I was looking for wasn’t available so I didn’t change it that day because the attempts timed out). So... I purchased my service from someone in the Waco store. I came to this store to pick up my phones, watch and internet. I was greeted promptly. Elvis was my rep and he was so polite and helpful. He treated me with the same care as if I purchased my service from him. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this store and Elvis! Make sure you ask for him! You won't be sorry!
