Yo Victoria I really hope this reaches you. In my 40yrs of living I’ve never been so excited to create bills and spend my money. This store itself is a convenient location but don’t let that convince you to get services here. I went there twice for help transferring a line and upgrading my phone. I had Victoria both times and she was so unhelpful and unwilling to assist with services that I had to call the Verizon customer service helpline and have them on the phone telling her to do her job. It was honestly the weirdest and worst service I have personally received from someone calling themselves an employee. The other staff there are a bit more helpf... read more

Store employee Aidan was watching inappropriate content on his phone while I was talking to him. What kind of store are you running when you have employees do whatever they want in that store without supervision.

Poor Customer Service Experience at Verizon Corporate Store I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, and I’ve always expected a certain level of care especially at a corporate store. Today, I visited your location for help with a new iPhone. The store manager, Juan, had the music (specifically “Maná”) playing very loudly. I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. The young Asian male employee who helped me was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in assisting customers. From the start, his body language and tone made it obvious he didn’t want to be there. When I asked if another store had the phone color I wanted, he said, “We’ll finish the contract here and you can pick it up there,” with no effort to offer alternatives or explain anything.
