☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the customer service. I came in after losing my phone while I was in distress and rushing to get to work. A tall "Hispanic" guy, I guess ,employee told me he could help find my phone, but after about 15 minutes he came back trying to sell me a promotion for two new phones instead. It felt like my time was wasted. When I returned the next night around 7:37 p.m., after already choosing the phone I wanted, the same "Hispanic tall guy"sent me his another sales rep Aidan.
