PAYTON AND PATRICK ARE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. We had an awful experience with AT&T and they did everything they could to help even though we showed up 30 minutes before close on a Friday. They were the best!!
I must say, I can definitely see why Aniyah is a manager at Verizon she truly saved the day. Unfortunately, one of the newer representatives, Jackson, was extremely unprofessional, completely rude, and made me feel brushed off during my visit. Since this is my home Verizon store due to living nearby in the Bellevue area, the experience was especially disappointing.
