I had the most amazing customer service experience with Rick testerman at the Verizon West store. Professional, personable, a complete heart of a teacher and gave me full focus detention on all kinds of issues and repaired them quickly and satisfactorily and with a great sense of humor to boot. Great employee. You only left me room to do five stars, but I'm giving him 10 stars.
