Dan and Lindsey were so helpful. I had to switch carriers because my neighbor caused a fire and I had to move. Otherwise would have stayed with Verizon. They were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Verizon, or any business would be lucky to have them.
They keep 10 employees trained on saying NO Want 2nd line w spouse ? They make any impossible. You have physically drive spouse to location for anything even a question. Service is horrible and rude with customers
These people dont know what they are doing. They couldnt figure out how to get my TLE watch to connect with my unlocked phone that I had purchased elsewhere. They sold me the watch and the plan for the watch and then only refunded the watch and continued to bill me for the cellular service on the watch I RETURNED after they told me that they hand cancelled it already. Sloppy work.
