Without a shadow of a doubt, this store has been by far the best Verizon Location in Nashville. First of the customer service in general with cooperate was very overwhelming resulting in me awaiting for several days to finish the transaction. First off I felt completely felt ridiculed to the extend of feeling I was discriminated against. Drove 25 miles for my 24/7 pickup order to a dirty machine not in service and covered by spiders and webs. Unable to make the trip again my order was canceled and I had to make alternate plans for a battery pack for my vacation. Poor experience and wasted my gas and time.
