I’ve lived over here for 12 years and have never gone into this store and had a good experience. It’s an absolute nightmare every single time and they are never able to help or complete a request. Confirmed appointments are not honored and information is withheld until you’ve been waiting for hours just to find out they can’t help. You’d think they’d treat loyal customers with more care and not make them jump through hoops for good service. Pick literally any other location or consider switching providers.

The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
EDITED: They will charge you for breathing in there, ridiculous! Well, this is the result of my second experience with Verizon 3 years later. I went to the store located in 6800 Charlotte Pike, Nashville TN to see if their match price was real. I was paying $120.00 in T-mobile for 4 lines and they quoted me $104.00, so I thought, what a deal! I took the deal and transfer 2 of my 4 lines.
