Saw the ads that Verizon would beat your AT&T or T-Mobile bill. Figured I’d check. No issues with my current provider but we’re all about saving money. Gave them my itemized bill ($262.40) for 2 phones, 2 watches, 5G internet, some subscription perks, and insurance on the devices. I always have a good experience at Verizon. The employees at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is busy but the employees know what to do. They listen to customers and get the customers what they need. I first came to return a Gateway and had no problem. Awhile later I came to buy an iPad and also had no problem. This location is very convenient for me because it's near a bus stop, but there is also plenty of parking. I highly recommend this store and will return in the future for electronics.

Today the nicest gentleman, Quay, went above and beyond to help me replace the screens on my phone. One piece had dug into the phone and he had to do many things to work on it and still had the most hospitable attitude. I'm truly thankful.
