PAYTON AND PATRICK ARE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. We had an awful experience with AT&T and they did everything they could to help even though we showed up 30 minutes before close on a Friday. They were the best!!
I must say, I can definitely see why Aniyah is a manager at Verizon she truly saved the day. Unfortunately, one of the newer representatives, Jackson, was extremely unprofessional, completely rude, and made me feel brushed off during my visit. Since this is my home Verizon store due to living nearby in the Bellevue area, the experience was especially disappointing. Peyton was very helpful. I was switching from AT&T to Verizon, a process AT&T made much harder than it should have been, and he knew all the ins and outs of the process while helping us save $.
Saw the ads that Verizon would beat your AT&T or T-Mobile bill. Figured I’d check. No issues with my current provider but we’re all about saving money. Gave them my itemized bill ($262.40) for 2 phones, 2 watches, 5G internet, some subscription perks, and insurance on the devices.
