I wen't into the store in Madison, TN today after being told by Verizon Support, they could put my screen protector on for just my (camera) which had popped off. I was asking clear and precise questions, to a woman named Laquanda (who seemed bothered by me asking the questions). After, I had no luck with her she walks over to another employee and I guess it was pretty hilarious in what I asked. The guy I was working with was not very knowledgeable and wasn't sure on my watch. Very disappointed he left me sitting there several times. He brought out a watch that was not what I was wanting and then he stated that it was when I questioned him. I would have been upset.
Had to add my husband to my phone plan, Paul made the whole transaction as seamless and stress free as possible. Thank you so much!
