Went in for a new phone and was repeatedly offered a plan upgrade, that I was uninterested in. Decided to leave and try somewhere else.
Went back last year and got 2 watches and 2 phones and was given $5000 credit and wife got denied, but when bill came it was in her name but under my SSN and why would I need $5000 dollars credit. So I believe I was ripped of . Salesman name was austin.
It’s not the store itself, it’s the company in general! Paying for an iPad and 1 phone $300!!! What the heck!!! Let’s not forget the service is so crappy!!! Every single day I have to restart my phone 4 or 5 times because it’s going slow, not sending messages, calls not going through! 5G becomes no G! No service!
